: 2x2 footprint drawing?

I know there have been a couple of threads asking for the dimensions of the 2x2's so tables could be fabbed.

Is there anyway to get a simple PDF of the overall dimensions/mounting points for these things? I have come to understand through reading other threads that there is some level of adjustability built into the system. Is there any way to compile that info into a drawing. For example a dimension could be called out as "36-37.5" as adjusted by end user" or something like that.

I'm planning to order a 2x2 next month, but I want to build the water table now so I can keep the dust down when cutting by hand.

Any info would be greatly appreciated!

I would say these outside dimensions are +/- 1.000" varying on slight design changes, or variations in bending and welding during the manufacturing of the units. I didn't mark the hole location, as that should only be set upon receipt of the machine to confirm them before drilling or welding and locating holes.

Mike, thanks for such a prompt response!

Based on the picture above, is there an easier way to index parts routinely(left/right or up/down)? I want to build a 2'x4' water table. I was assuming that it would be easier to index left/right.

Thanks again.

With that picture as it is the easiest way to index is up and down. There is a 1/2" gap under the rail supports in the top and bottom of that picture. You can index either way with the same amount of difficulty or ease depending on how you look at it but there is no gap under the left and right rails as pictured above.

Ary, I just finished my small table, I'll get some measurements.
