How far are you from the border? I have tapered reamers and wouldnt mind a trip north.If it isnt to far.

ok so I drill the base hole say 7/16 for example then ream it out till its a nice fit :confused:

what degree taper is the chevy tie rod ?

what degree are toyota tie rods?

Which Chevy ends small or large? Drag or tie rod. The big Chevy drag link ends are 1-1/2 inches per foot. Not sure if the tie rod end is the same.
No Idea on the Toyota.
Check with Scott@rockstomper. That is where I got the info to do my pitman arm.
