I've got my motor back 8", and a flat belly.
I just noticed this past weekend that I was hitting my forearm/elbows on the twinsticks, and I think I need to shorten them.
How much (if any) have you shortened your twinsticks (or how much is left from base to handle) and still have them shift-able? Toy t-cases are pretty easy to shift when the drivetrain is not bound up.....

We had Front Range make our twin sticks about 6" shorter and had him make me a front case shifter that was the same length. It made a huge difference on hitting my elbow. They are a little harder to shift from 4wd to 2wd when bound up, but not much worse than before.

I like that we all have similar rigs, similar problems, and similar solutions!
