: dual oil filters

I am going to relocate my existing oil filter on the cruiser. Is there any good reason to go to a dual filter arrangement?
Later I plan to add one of the cleanable elements to the system but I am wondering about two plain oil filters.

This will be on a Landcruiser that already holds 8 quarts of oil and is running on propane..

sure.. it'd be a 10 quart system.. now add a big cooler and you can mayby ass another 2 quarts .. woo hoo 3 gal of oil per oil change! what the hell, its just another jug of dello.....
