What kind of pressure do you guys find is the best for NOT blowing a tire out..
These tires seem flexy as hell, but do the tear easy?
Just wondering..Anyone carry spares on long rides?
And the tires you are referring to are?

Say why do you talk to Kyle Norden at Higgins, he graduated a year after I did, Im sure he would know. Lots of people here in Bemidji run mud and oversized tires on their fourwheeler. BTW I will ask my freind John and see what he knows. I don't know shit about fourwheelers cause I never had one, but no money for one. But however I have a snowmobile.

My 01 says the tire pressure should be 2.9 lbs. On lower than 2.5 no more than 3.5 lbs . And yes the tires feel soft . The older they get the softer they seem to get .

Spec psi for the stock dunflops on my Praries is like 4.5 up front and 5 in the rear. That's what I run and that seems to get the job done. It's a heavy machine (604 dry weight), I'm a big guy (265), and the tires are only 4 plys. Never really paid attention to how much they bagged, just care whether or not the job gets done..............they do it. They're just chitty tires. I've heard that ANY aftermarket tire is loads better, for any terrain.

I don't recall if I told you in the PM I sent you friday night, but my freind who has a 450 Foreman with oversized tires on it. He said the air pressure should be 15 PSI for stock honda tires, but if thats what you are at now, try 20 PSI.
BTW ask the guys at Higgins if they have a Cabelas Master Catalog, they have ATV tires and lift kits. Its worth looking at.
