If you're building a rig with a Dana 44 and leaf springs - you're going to run into problems with getting that tie-rod over that leaf spring pack. This requires you to use a spacer with x-tra long studs. Result? - a two piece unit with excessive chance for stud shear.

Our arms have a mounting surface 2.5" above the knuckle ( 1.25" taller than flat arms, not a measly 7/8" like our competitors ). The arms are 1.25" thick at the knuckle mount and still retain the use of standard length studs. To accomplish this we CNC the arms out of blocks of Billet-Steel!

Combine this with a perfect geometry adjusted for steering and kingpin Axis Inclination Angle - and the result is a perfect parallel surface between arms.

Thanks for the PM. My friend has a really tight budget and was wondering if you could just sell the passenger side arm so he could get the cross over steering, just to get his project moving. He would buy the divers side in the future and then get new steering links.

(2) ES 2234 L "1 Ton" tie rod end w/ Jam nut

(6) High strength studs, cones, and top lock nuts

Notice how there is no weld-in bungs - all our steering links are cut to length, prepped on the lathe, and then hand tapped on each end. This means easy assembly, and no weak points.

Not yet we had problem with the driver side arm program and ended up machining them to a short passenger side. this has put a delay in the maching of the arms.
