It was pretty cool.Wish the American team would have whoop up on the Puma team in the sumo.Weren't they on Junkyard wars also?

Pretty disappointed in the American's rig.

In the Sumo event it didn't look like either of their front tires were spinning. Not sure if that was a mechanical problem or a design flaw.

Also, the Brits with a solid suspension? What were they thinking? Even with no knowledge of what they would be doing, you would almost have to assume that in part of the competition a suspension of some kind would help.

I'm thinking about half the rigs on this board could do better than those rigs they built.

I couldn't believe the :usa: rig wasn't 4WD:confused:

The show sucked hard! Even Henry Rollins won't be able to save it from death!

It was a crappy 1/2 ton Dodge they started with... and it *was* 4wd...

And yes - the lack of 4wd at the end lost it for them.

Better then watching those :rainbow: reality shows on the tube.

But it looks like 90% of the guys that wheel rocks could do better then the american and brit team.

Definitely :rainbow: All I could take was 45 min. and I'll watch anything with wheels.

Bootie fab deluxe from the firemen. Hard to believe that is all the could do for $3k. How did those guys get picked? Was it like the wanted :usa: to lose?

I want to know what tires the Americans were using... they looked like the new krawler tread with no tire iron cuts. Sort of a tractor tread. Could have used a siping to help on the surface they were running on. And a WORKING 4wd system would have been nice... nice try :flipoff2:

Man, was I disappointed. All the hype, and nothing but a totally :rainbow: show. Rollins wasn't even any good. I agree w/ nobody - my wife & I were yelling at the tv when they kept showing the score:
1+1+1=3 I GET IT ALREADY!!! And WAY too much talking. The final straw was watching the US rig spinning it's wheels in the sumo match. I hit the power button & went to sleep.

Nice try tho TLC....

It looked like all three of the rigs had Denman industrial/aggie tires, I wouldn't be supprised if they were one of the show's sponsors.

remember that its $3k, but the show keeps the rig.

I got a team together and would have kicked ass in that show, but we wern't picked. Our rig would have been better than 95% of them. Guess they wanted rigs that wouldn't blow everyone away

Those were some very fancy sets, for such a lame show! They spent a lot of time and money constructing those big sets with all those flashing lights.
