Anyone have any info or good trails to hit in the area of Kernville?

Going on a 4 day trip & mainly going for the whitewater rafting. But, did work in one full day to offroad.

I have been once 4yrs ago & we did Sherman Pass. Looking for some other good trails to hit. Hoping for a good trail that we can find a waterfall or some creek crossing.

Lots of water on the river this year & thinking the backcountry might have some surprises.

It was a great weekend up there on the Kern the water was high & river running killer. Meet a new friend who lives there & she guided us to some trails that lead to some back country waterfalls. The trails got pretty challenging too. BTW that is once place I would never drink & crawl.
