We just got back from Moab.

The Big Hot Tub and Escalator in Hell's Revenge are good buggy challenges.

Cliffhanger Trail is great for scenery.

Helldorado and Britney Spears are tough.

You can check temps on weather.com. It is too hot for me in Moab from about memorial weekend through mid september. Spring and fall are best. Definately a dry heat, bring lots of lip balm.

Can be some humidity, the Colorado river runs right through the area (west of town)

Days can still be hotter than hell, but at that point the nights can start to get nice and cool.

I'm trying to get together a small group to head to Montrose, Co for some wheeling. It stays a bit cooler during the Summer months. Moab is pretty close for a day of wheeling there too if it isnt too hot.

Let me know if you guys might be interested.

We usually make a trip over in Sept. Its usually in the 80-90's. It is a great time to wheel. We will be down the weekend of sept 25th.
Get the Charles Wells book. Has 90% of the Moab trails. As far as BFE

Montrose has a new trail open. A buggy only trail in some peoples opinion. Weather should be ok. Chance of t storms in the afternoon and about 95deg or so. drop me a line or stop in at Rock Worx during the week if you guys make it out to montrose.
