Jon Bundrant has been driving a new rig for the past few weeks and lots of people have been asking about it so I thought I would post what I know about it along with a few pics.

Project tiny was built by Nelson & Nelson racing of Hemet CA. It features an EFI VW motor, power gulide auto trans, Atlas transfer case, custom built Currie 9" axles, 99" wheel base.

I agree, it does look a little unorthodox, but I am sure it works good as hell. :D

What size winch is that? it looks tiny, but I guess that works for a vehicle called project tiny. :D

Yep it's a small one. Due to the rule change in ARCA, it will soon be replaced with an 8000.

I dig that car and all it's asymmetrical lines! It worked well at Supercrawl. Also like the sound of a mildly hopped of bug motor.
As we all talked about, it's thinking outside the box.
Did you guys see the spotter's reeling rope assembly? I wonder how it worked? Looked a little clumsy to me.

When I first saw the reel I thought it was cool but then I figured it would get really heavy after a while of lugging it up and down rocks. I think a simple rope would be better.

I think it weighs 2400 lbs...if it's under 2400 the rig can't compete in ARCA...or maybe it was CalRocs...
