Where have you guys placed your winch control solenoids? Pictures please? I am not sure how to mount it out of the way yet accessible.

not easy to get to but differant..... I got toggles to control it here now.... ran wires to the drivers side, put the controller socket out the hood if i want to use the actual controller.... also ran wires into the interior for yuppy winch controls. lol...

im in the same boat as you right now. mine wont let me put my headlight in on the passenger side if it is mounted to the winch motor on the left side.

I hung mine off the back of my grille, so it wouldn't impede airflow to the radiator, wouldn't get in the way of the headlight, and still should be accessible from underneath to plug in the controller, even if I put a hood on it--but I also have an in-cab SeaBass panel, so I shouldn't need to plug it in much.

I mounted mine on the floor on the pass side next to the trans. Just ran longer cables. I also have a 12voltguy panel, so I dont use it, but if someone from the front needs to control it (or when it is on its top/side), just plug in the controller.
I dont have pics. Sorry
