It's been almost 3 years since the SO on my FJ62 and it rides like a charm. In fact, I recently rode in another FJ60 for the first time in YEARS and I was shocked at how rough the ride was! :)

SOA is my next planned mod after I get my new bumpers made... The nice thing about a home-brew SOA is that I probably can do it all myself, except make a hi-steer arm w/appropriately beefy steering rods.
Actually, the ride in my truck seems pretty tame with its ~3" SUA lift and 33x15.50 TSLs. I thought it'd be much more harsh!

Dave, come to Austin and drive the Princess, you'll understand! The ride is fantastic, on and off the trail.
Hey, I'm going to be in San Antonio for a meeting in November (week before T-giving) and my entire district has planned a golf outing. Since I care for golf like I care for Jeep Wranglers, maybe we can get together for a cold one or two? I'm going to drive the Princess down this time!

Weld it good if you do. There are some nice steeering arms to go with the Hy-Steer. These are All-Pros installed on Knuckles a few years ago.
Strong arms and hysteer is good. :D
SOA is Grrrrrrrreat! :flipoff2:
