How are they welding the centers in? Just weld it to the wheel or with a pipe in it like Daniel was doing?

I made centers that just weld to the rim and will self center at about 4" of backspacing. If you are going to do them yourself then you will need to get a magnetic base dial indicator to get then flat. I have a jig that i do them on but still check them with the indicator before welding them in. If you want to run less than 4" then you also have to indicate out the runout so they run true.
