I've also been goin to Pattons for years now. But my budddie keeps insisting I should try " Industrial Metal Supply" in Riverside. I hear that their scrap section is damn near the size of Pattons and has anything from box tubing to DOM tubing. I plan on tryin them out in a couple weeks for my project.

I use K&H and IMS. They're close to each other and in Riverside so easy to comparison shop in person with the counter man.
Some more suggestions in this thread.

IMS is over priced! Every time I have them give me a quote they're at least twice as much as everyone else. I don't even bother calling them anymore.

Team tube in Fontana is cheap, but they only sell tube. 1.75 x.120 was about $.60 cheaper per foot than pattons.

i believe my on line quote came from "Pattons in Ontario" but im not 100% sure. im still working on what materials to use as the quote i got was way out side my budget. so its time to come up with a better design for what im building that best uses lesser expensive products.

I have found Team Tube in Fontana to be the cheapest on DOM tubing, and they let me pick up same day.
