What is the Grand Slam? Is it an actual event?

I would like to head down there but I dont know if mine will be ready to wheel then.

I'll be rolling in late Thursday night. ready to wheel Fri, Sat, and Sun.

Grand Slam is a not a formal event. It started years ago as a grand cherokee trail ride, but everyone is welcome. there are usually some grands in attendance but they've been outnumbered for years.

I'll be there as well. My rig is an s10 truggy 4.3/465/203/205/1 tons/39.5 Iroks. We'll have a metric shit ton of people there. Last I checked over on Mallcrawlin, there were about 20 people who have registered. I know of probably 10 more non-members who should be attending(not to mention those that I don't know). The Evarts bridge whores will be working overtime next weekend:flipoff2:. As far as trails go, I running everything that I can aside from Creampuff. I'm not ready to risk completely destroying my rig just yet:eek:. The majority of us will be camping behind the Dairy Hut, with a handful staying in cabins. I'll be rolling into the campground around 8 or 9 Thursday night. I'm pumped, just gotta go over a few things on my rig this weekend.

good deal...yeah i talked to chris earlier this week and will be trying to get together for a ride friday afternoon or some time saturday. we'll probably get there about the same time you are...we'll definitely have to run over to evarts to see whats going on after we get checked in at the mount aire

getting CLOSE! the last few brown truck deliveries should be here today and tomorrow!

ill be there we are leaving sometime around 6 tonite hope to meet some new people

had a ram mount failure on my front truss from repeated abuse and no love...I have it torn down now, but I'm doubtfull if i will get it finished before friday.:emb:
