: Need help digging up some dirt.
APRILRAZZ 08-16-2010, 10:23 AM This woman is a real piece of work and is defrauding people with a fake horse rescue/non profit charity scam. She also claims an illustrious career as an Army test pilot.
Her name is Celeita Kramer and has never met me but has been trashing my name because I had the gall to call her out on some shady dealings. The only things I can really find on her are complaints from people she ripped off or stuff she has written. Looking for some info on her actual military career.

Professionally, Celeita had 23 years with the US Army as an Officer & Blackhawk Test Pilot. Celeita was the 24th woman in DoD to earn military aviator wings, the first woman in DoD to fly & test fly the UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter. A former Pan Am pilot, she holds an FAA Commercial pilot's license (dual engine & instrument) with over 3000 commercial and military flight hours. In 1995, she was the youngest woman to be inducted into the West Virginia Women's Hall of Fame. Her picture is in the main hall of the Women's Military Memorial in Washington, DC, and was included in the Smithsonian Institute's Air and Space Museum 1986 display, "Women in Aviation. She was awarded the coveted Sikorsky Rescue Award for saving a life using a helicopter, chosen as one of the Most Admired Women of the Decade, Woman of the Year, One of the 2000 Most Notable American Women, one of the 5000 Most Notable Women in the World. How many of her claims are true.
I also looked into her claims of being a tax exempt charity and the IRS has no record of her being a 501(c)3 charity at all.
As per her website..
Donations are tax-deductible to the extent of the law. Equine donors receive a letter of acknowledgement stating the horse was donated at the time of adoption or at the end of the year, which ever comes first. In many cases, but not all, the horse may be deducted at its fair market value (or appraised value if believed to be over $5000) depending on whether the horse was considered a business asset or not and on a depreciated schedule. A CPA should be consulted for accuracy

APRILRAZZ 08-16-2010, 11:19 AM It has been verified that her equine education credentials are total BS.
What concerns me the most is after reading her website is that she is neglecting/abusing the animals in her care. Her fattening up regiment for starved horses is the equivalent of putting weight on a human with beer and twinkies.

Ok, the transportation officers course is not aviation related, and her first course is the test pilot course in Eustis (I went about the same time for AH-64) She shows NO basic rotary wing course completion, her first aviation course is a course that can only be taken after 500 hrs in the aircraft which she shows no completion for. Mine basically shows the Rotary wing basic, as the oldest and then UH-1 qualification, then OH-58 qualification, and then AH-64 qualification. Basically all her resume show's is the advanced courses and no qualification courses.
Allen_69 08-16-2010, 12:44 PM Oh and by the way the army aviation maintenance officer course is a "non-flying" course. i.e. you don't have to be a pilot to go to the course.
And if I'm not mistaken the "test-pilot" course for the fixed wing components is at Pax River Naval, the maintenance test pilot course is the only flying course at Ft. Eustis
HighToy 08-16-2010, 12:48 PM also typically when your picture is in a memorial aren't you dead?

just taking notes in this thread. My following few posts will be pretty random.
Allen_69 08-16-2010, 01:01 PM I was the youngest AH-64 test pilot at that time at 24. the apache was only a few years in service so it was nothing great. the UH-60 isn't much older so even as a maintenance test pilot it's not a big deal.
One other thing to note, the military hates doing multiple paths for the same person. Avaition basically has 3 routes Safety, maintenance and Instructor pilot, her training also shows the safety course which in my opinion is unlikely, but the National guard does some strange stuff.
HighToy 08-16-2010, 01:09 PM lot of weird shit with this woman. she's not all there.

Ancestry is Irish and German, fiesty and slighty hard headed. I Believe in god, angels, prayer, karma, the golden rule, the 10 commandments and life after death but don't attend services. I feel every religion/belief has something we can use in our life. when you focus on giving, great things come back. Helping horses, dogs and cats is at the center of my life and dominates my focus and vision.

Crossed Sabers Stable The Mountain State Horse School and Second Wind Adoption Program Inc and the International Life School / Owner, President and Executive Director
1996 - Present
•Responsible for the management of all company operations, equine boarding, training, instruction, transportation, strategic planning, sales and marketing, research and development, new products, fund raising, all human resources functions, logistics and administration.
•I began this business 10 years ago, with almost nothing and today it works as a fully functional horse business offering numerous services to local, state, national and international horse enthusiasts. Besides placing horses into homes, the stable has a long list of educational and support/services programs, to include a fully functional college intern program that gives volunteers college credit and scholarship programs, rehabilitation, retirement, schooling for horse people.
•10 years ago I founded a national not for profit animal welfare program that places horses into good homes all over the country. Adoption is rescue prevention and as of 1/08 we have placed 2000 horses. 65 different breeds have been in the program. Our web site consistently has 40 million visitors every year from over 113 different countries. This is an international program which supports all of the continental United States and Canada.
•Because of my work in the horse industry, I have been asked to participate in varies activities with the US Horse Council, US Humane Society and WV Horseman’s Association, in order to promote the horse industry in the state. I have completed expert witness duties on 12 cases and assisted law enforcement in seizing and prosecuting against animal or horse abuse and neglect and completed lobbying of both national and state executive branch of the government. This farm has gone from a run down, failing, former veal farm and into an establishment that is bringing money into the county and state, is providing a service to people throughout the horse industry, is employing several local residents & college students, with land and facilities that are now functional again.

Icequeen, are you concerned that your web remarks would incite C to sue you? It looks like there is plenty of evidence so she probably wouldn't get that far, but man, it gets messy if the courts get involved.
When C decided to go after me in the start because I quit, she did not do her homework & I did attempt to warn her. W/ my situation there is way too much at stake for her to attempt a lawsuit against me. I could only beg her to at this rate to do so. She has way too much to lose if this hits a court room. This is why on my blacklist renditions she has changed the "We're going or We should be in court by" line numerous times.
Please don't take that as arrogance or being cocky but I have spent time putting ALOT of evidence together against her basically trying to show her I'm not playing & to inform any naive person that may come her way. NO MORE VICTIMS!
W/ what she put my family thru, the 2 injured horses, the ones she threatened to turn loose, the past adopters she has blamed when she herself misrepresented the horse resulting in almost getting adults & children killed or seriously hurt, for the poor interns that she took to the bar & left them there because she left w/ some guy & the only adult out of the bunch had to drive them back to the farm & Celeita didn't show up till the next morning, & the list goes on.
So I will take every pop shot she has to offer & put the truth out every time whether it was directly found out by me or I had to research it to come from me so I could protect someone that is scared of her. And if this does go to court my evidence is over whelming. Some things I have had to let go until I have more proof on but I can't very well speak out about something I know nothing about. I started this w/ the statement back in May...."I have nothing to hide" so the last thing I would do, is lie like Celeita Kramer, it has been much more effective catching her in her own lies.

Celeita Kramer, Executor of Crossed Sabers Stables, SWAP, and what ever other name she chooses for her "business" is a full-blown liar and cheat. She has maniuplated the public into thinking she is a hard-working, honest, front-line player in the "horse industry" when all she is is a con artist. She does not even have her "farm" legally in her name because she cannot get financing! She will not take her ex-husband off the loan because she knows that in order to do so she would need to obtain the financing herself - which we all know is impossible since she's asking for donations every other week to support herself - not for the good of the "animals." If anyone knows first hand how hateful and vindictive this woman can be, it would be me! She will never let anyone that "knows her secrets to success" get the truth out there. She will harrass, intimidate, frighten and threaten anyone that gets in her way. She has crushed many, many people along the way and obviously she is still doing so today. Her website is so deceitful that she has pictures of "Christmases passed @ Crossed Sabers" and they are of 10 - 12 years ago... NO NEW PICTURES AVAILABLE TO SEE... because it's all made up! There was nothing but misery and discouragement and dishonor @ that place and it continues to this day because she continues to deceive. I feel sorry for ANYONE - young or old - that gets mixed up with her. Please research the situation carefully before you spend any time, effort and/or heartache on this organization. Notice there is no longer any information about "the executor" and her resume on line anymore...wonder why?

HighToy 08-16-2010, 01:42 PM Less than a year old
.
Sadly this is true. Having just checked the latest IRS Schedule 78 list of charitable (501) organizations in the US...Celeita Kramer's BUSINESS is NOT listed !! That means that she can not issue any form of tax deduction. Note that her paperwork says " Tax deductible to the extent of the Law" well, that means NO. Do folks get away with it?...yes, they have... but IF you get audited watch out because it is YOU who will pay the penalties.
MANY MANY fundraisers she has run to "PAY THE MORTGAGE OF THE FARM" are direct contributions to Celeita Kramer as she is the sole owner of Crossed Sabers Stable. She has no income other than monies received from the business(es) she runs claiming to be non profit though she no longer states that she is 501(c)3[ having claimed that her accountant( the one who died in a motorcycle accident) failed to renew her status...while the truth is that she never had tax exempt /non profit status.] ...it is implied by stating "tax deductible".
While this may not be the worst horse program, it is NOT as it is portrayed on the website!!
Damage, Inc. 08-16-2010, 01:43 PM Methinks payment is due. :D
HighToy 08-16-2010, 01:45 PM as of Aug 16, 2010 there is still no Crossed Sabers or Second Wind listed under the charitable organizations.

First female Blackhawk pilot is actually "Fielded the first UH-60’s to Ft. Bragg in the medical evacuation configuration."
"Medical Evacuation configuration" is the key term I believe.
HighToy 08-16-2010, 01:54 PM her military career, according to her, spanned from 1980 to 2003. how she managed that and run a equine adoption center starting in 1996 surely is a feat.

Apparently a few people dropped a dime on her to the IRS but nothing I could find if anything was done about it.
Some are afraid to say anything publicly in fear that she will yank their horses back. She has an insane 'adoption contract' on her site.
I have worked with legitimate rescues in the past and she is no rescue. She is a dealer that poses as one. So many things on her site alone have sent up red flags for me.
HighToy 08-16-2010, 02:27 PM She is clearly NOT an adoption site. Especially when she charges $10k for a used horse.
HighToy 08-16-2010, 02:37 PM supposedly...
As of July 25th 2009 she is under investigation by the IRS.
Maybe her accomplishments would be more believable if she had the Dos Equis Most Interesting Woman in the World award on her resume:p

You have to read the wording. She claims to be the first female black hawk pilot. Then on another site adds the "with medical configuration" or something to that effect.
HighToy 08-17-2010, 12:58 PM This woman tried to take some horses from a friend of mine. She got the humane society involved and was trying to get them to confiscate them, claiming they were abused.
attempted grand theft.
SoundManCO 08-17-2010, 01:17 PM attempted grand theft. It isn't attempted grand theft when you do it this way. It would be false reporting which isn't really a crime. It isn't any different than someone calling the cops saying you are beating your kids when you really aren't.
I would hope that this crackheaded woman would black list me. There is no way in hell I would ever do any kind of business with her, her farm, that 'rescue' or anyone that would do any dealings with her.
Muddy Oval 08-17-2010, 01:34 PM Some of those pics on her site look 'lifted.' I've seen them somewhere else, I just can't place it. I used to live in Loudoun County where there's lot of horse people and sometimes ended up at events there.

The whole fucking site looks like a fucking grenade went off in frontpage extensions :lmao:

ArmyAV8R 10-22-2011, 11:58 AM I, too, served 23 years in the US Army Aviation Branch (overlapped 21 of the same years as Celeita Kramer). I am also a graduate of the Aviation Maintenance Officer Course/Maintenance Manager-Maintenance Test Pilot Course at Ft. Eustis, VA. I taught portions of the class at Eustis prior to the course being relocated to Ft. Rucker. (...wanted to establish my credibility here as a first-time contributer).
She claims to hold a Multi-Engine, Commercial pilot's license. This just ain't so. She is not listed on the FAA Registry at Oklahoma City (where every pilot, mechanic, dispatcher and other FAA designated registrations are located). She might have had these credentials in the past, but she no longer has the "flight privelages" of her claim. Period.
Having claimed 23 years of service would lend credence that she is an honorably retired soldier and listed on the Army Knowledge Online personnel registry. I am. Thousands of my friends (Active, Retired, Guard, Reserve...even Civil Servants) are listed on this directory. Well.....she's not listed....anywhere. Someone could always request her DD Form 214 on a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request. The product returned from the US Army Human Resource Command would be the consummate, end-all response to all the questions and comments on these four pages regarding her military career. For those that don't know about DD 214s, this is sort of an amended military resume' of your experience....a report card (w/o grades) of your service. It would substantiate her claim.....or show her to be a fraud. Period. No ambiguity to it. Drop a FOIA for her DD 214 and check the results! Her 214 will list all the approved DOD/US Army courses she attended over her career. My guess is that the FOIA returned 214 will show she's tellin' a fish story with all those listed courses. ....any questions, feel free to contact me.
did you do a FOIA on being 14 months late to the game?
sorry new guy. had to.
