Our group, the Dysfunctional Crew was given the job of cleaning the north side of the little sluice from the pond to the far east side. The job included blocking a loose dirt hill that was being used as a bypass. We had 12 workers picking up turds, white flowers and all assorted kinds of trash as well as moving a lot of rocks!
Here's a few pics to enjoy!

Talk about taking one for the team! Todd aka Monkeyboy was using his XJ to tow rocks and logs in place at the bypass. After his work was complete, he was returning to the top only to spin his rear axle tube and completely frag the spider gears in his D35:eek: I winched him to the top and drug hiss a$$ back to camp where Mike Elrod welded it up, better than new! Thanks again Mike!

Pics look great Mark.
I've read some of the stories about bypasses being opened up the same/next/whenever day by ignorant assholes. I'm pretty sure we built those big enough, but there's always somebody who'll think they are up for the challenge.
Maybe we could make an effort to "adopt" that bypass? Every time we go up we could be sure to maintain it.
Oh, and why aren't there any pics of Bob? :flipoff2:
The first pic looks like a union road crew. Six guys watching one guy work a shovel. :D
Good pics, good work!

Everybody in our Krew put in a good days work. We even picked up a pair of underware that had about a 5 pound load in them:eek:.

Ewww.... Eerily familiar to my experience at Buck Island, though the "load" was only about 2 pounds. :barf:
