Do you have to run the 12 bolt hummer rims to run radials, or can you use the 8 bolt rims?

If you cannot run radials on the 8 bolt, is it the magnesium run flat that causes the problem?

Can you run the rubber radial run flat on the 8 bolt rim?

Where can you pick up some 12 bolt wheels, if the 8 bolts wont support a radial?

where is the search button?

is it at the top of the page or the bottom?

if I use it, will it give me the answers I want without wasting breath?

I wonder if this has been talked about 4 times in the past week already?

As far as I know, you can use either radial or bias tires on either radial or bias wheels. I know that JR runs bias TSLs on radial wheels, and PYRO runs SXs on bias wheels.

I've heard differing opinions is all, and was looking for a person whos has done it. I've heard you can run radials or bias ply on the 12 bolt radial rims, but you could only run the bias ply on the 8 bolters with the magnesium run flats.

I run radials on a set of 8 bolt hummer wheels (for street) and I have another set of the 8 bolt wheels I run bias ply tires on........they work fine.
