would like 2 bed and one bath min, but 2+2 or 3+2 would be ideal. I'm thikin I need 1/4 acre minimum, and more would be fine. Need a 2 car garage, but a shop would be :grinpimp:

I'm not sure the duration, it would depend on my g/f and I getting settled into jobs long enough to qualify for a loan to buy a place. Not wanting to spend more than $800/month, and would definitely consider a rent to own arrangement on the right property..

I was qualified for a $200K loan and my bosses called it quits and dissolved the company, so I have no loan till I establish employment. My g/f was not even on the original app, so with us both working we should have no problem renting and saving..

I live in Prescott. I will put out some feelers and see what I can find. Prescott Valley or Chino are your best bet to get what you want for the money you are talking.
