Saturday is an Anniversary we will never forget. We don't make race schedules and understand there are only so many dates available.
So for those sponsored teams Powered by Motive Gear, we'll be running these special decals this weekend in honor of those we lost on 9/11.

I really appreciate the thought and not forgetting those that lost there lives or loved ones on 9-11.
Here is Stockton, they used to do a big ceremony with public safety folks and few words by the city officials etc. Now they don't even put the flags at half staff. :(
How did Austin & the car do?

I was really bummed at the lack of memorials this year - do we really have that short of memories? I've got to thank Motive Gear and Pistol Pete for jumping on this and getting it done quickly!
Quick re-cap:
We worked on tuning the FOX Shox for this race and came very close to what we need, but still on the under-damped side. We'll get there. I was starting the race in Pete's Bajalite with the Bevly's and crew from Texas at Primm, and had to run back and forth to Lucerne where Austin was racing.
Short version: Got a call the motor blew up in the Bajalite while I was driving back to Lucerne. Got a BIG speeding ticket within a mile of turning off the paved road. Within 30 minutes of being in Lucerne, motor blows up in Austin's Jeepspeed.
What coulda been a great day turned into a day to ponder Mexico vacations without stress...........
