how do u get the rubber runflats out of the 37in mitilary tires on 12 bolt bead locks they weigh a ton and i want to remove them

Air down tire by removing the valve core
remove the 12 nuts holding the wheel halves together
lift tire off back of wheel
apply liquid dish soap or WD-40 to bead of tire and surface of runflat
pull runflat out

Tricks: Tie tire to a tree by going through the front of the hole, and out the back, around the back of the tree, through the back of the tire and back out the front, then tie the rope at the back of the tree, so there are 2 strands of rope on the tree.
Tie another rope around the runflat, the other end to a vehicle (lawnmower might do the trick) and drive away. Might be able to get it out by hand, but if not, the above is the most extreme and easiest way.

used two chains some gear oil and my cummins and they came out like nothin now just getting the mag run flats to bolt up inside the 37s is the issue lol

If you have an engine hoist, place the tire flat on the ground, under the legs of the hoist. Wrap a chain around the runflat, and pull it out.

if you remove the run flat then you better install a bead lock to replace it. those rims from Hutchenson require a run flat or bead lock. the easiest way to remove that run flat is to use a big ratchet strap and compress the run flat and pry it out like we do here at the dealership.

I tried a sawzall. It was too slow and a pain in the neck. I then used a damn chainsaw to do it. It was so easy and quick! Chainsaw works best in my opinion.
