I don't think I've seen any 16.5's other than the H1's. I came to the conclusion that if I don't like the way mine perform I'll just sell the set and go with a new wheel/tire combo...

Here's what I got..

recenterd h1s can be had for less than the cost of a shiney single beadlock alums.

thats what i have now but with the plate centers (not pressed) but i needed less backspacing. you might want to look at the rock rings before you get out there. The rocks give those 8 bolts hell and it just takes one to bend the bolts and then you will be cutting the bolts out to take them apart.

my biggest complaint about the h1 wheels is the weight. i am running rubber run flats too which is pretty heavy.

Yeah that's one of the many things I wish I'd paid extra for... i just have the PVC insert, but it's still heavy as crap!

yeah they are, but that is unsprung down low weight that will help keep you planted.

if you dont want h1s and the ninja tactics go get some plain old steels and leave then stock or maybe add a weld on.

i ran 16.5s for a long time and never had issues, i didnt air them down much though.

The rubber runflats weigh around 40# ea and pvc inserts weigh 12#. You could shave almost 30# per corner by ditching the rubber runflats.
