Who has the best prices for 7/8 x 14 tubing ends that are welded in?
Avalanche has 'em @ $12.50 & Bent & Twisted has 'em @ $15.00.
I haven't found 'em on any other sites.
This is for the tie-rod, drag link.

Avalanche probably has the best prices on tube inserts.

You can make your own very easily, just get say a 3"~4" piece of tube that its OD will fit snugly into your ID tie rod and pound it into your tie rod and weld it, then get a 3/4 tap either for rh or lh thread. Insert rod end. ta da!

A rod end uses 7/8-14 but a tie rod end like the big GM uses 7/8-18 thread.

The end that BNT has is turned with 3 steps in it so you can use it with 1.25, 1.00 and .750 ID tubing. It's also built form low lead steel so it's nicer to weld then others.

see ya,

the 3/4" tap doesn't work to well when you want to use 7/8" threaded ends.

Ive onlyresearched the 3/4in ends but in comparison Coleman Racing (http://www.colemanracing.com/section/index.htp?id=642) $4.65 andMORE (http://www.mountainoffroad.com) $10, were cheeper then Avalanche at $12.25

Edit: both only show up to 5/8-18? but amby give them a call, see what they can get, might be cheeper
