We have been working with our electronics mfg to produce a low cost high quality DTHC. This will be up as an option for new 2x2 and 3x2 plasma machines and we are offering it as an upgrade. New items will be up in our estore early next week. DTHC should be a standard feature in all CNC plasma cutters. We already have it standard in our larger models 4x4, 4x8, 4x10, 5x10.

Upgrade for existing BTA plasma users $475 (includes new control box) You must first send us your control box for the upgrade.

DTHC will allow the Z axis on the machine to follow the material very accurately as the material moves with heat giving the best cut possible. Increased quality of cuts as well as increased consumable life! Check out our forum or our Estore for more info!

We have been asked many times if our system will work on competitor tables. Sorry but this system is only compatible with our current configuration.

I have been getting alo of PM's about adding our DTHC to brand XXXXXXXXX tables. This DTHC will not integrate into flashcut's controllers. You could do an electronics swap for alot less than DTHC option is available from brand XXXXXXXXX. Let us know if we can help!

make this work on a torchmate table and you will sell 100 the first week post a pole and ask i will bet you would be shocked and i would buy 2

You would need to loose the entire flashcut system they use. Not a bad thing but definately different and most likely stronger motors than the flashcut will run. But since you supported Torchmate by buying one of their tables ask them to see if you can get a discount on the AVHC they offer.

We can retrofit controllers with our setup. DTHC only upgrade is $475 and a retrofit with DTHC is $1600.00. Retrofits use new motors and software however you can use your existing .dxf files and continue cutting.
