Don't ask, cause it's too confusing to describe......
But if one were to use a Ram horn manifold on the passenger side, would it be bad to use a regular rear dump manifold on the drivers side?? That would make my exhaust a lot easier to route (Told you not to ask) Or should I suck it up and figure out a way to run the ram horn on the drivers side as well??

I don't think the engine will know the difference, however for the life of me I can't understand an issue on the drivers side, I even made one clear the OEM power steering on an 82 FJ40......
did you see the crossover I use?

hhmmm don't think I have seen your set up, got pics??
My thinking is this, with a ram horn, I can go under the oil pan to the drivers side and then turn it back towards the rear of the cruiser from there, and run it into the stock rear dump manifold. In essence I would have one straight pipe from the motor back kinda like a straight 6. Check the crude pic below for what I mean.

Kinda like a straight 6??? Are you making a sleeper that Looks like it has a 6 in it due to the routing and relative straigtness of the pipe?;)

nah, I just don't have the clearance on the passenger side to run the exhaust back, and it will only get worse once the t-case is clocked up. Ain't no sleeper about my junk. :D

Don't look at me, I got the first crossover I used in this application from an old Chevy PU, and it's still on that Cruiser:flipoff2: :flipoff2:

My truck hasnt seemed to mind having two different exhaust manifolds on it.
I have a 351W with a long tube header on the passenger side but a stock Explorer manifold on the driver side(because the steering box was in the way).
