On page 56 there's a very nice article about High Angle Driveline's
T-case mounted E-brakes. Congrats Jess.:D :D :D

Anyone know the price of their t/case e-brake?

Im debating whether to spend the money on eldorado calibers with e-brake for 14 bolt or get jess's t/case e-brake for np231. Just trying to find the cheaper solution.

Give Jess a call...I would go with the t-case mounted one vs. eldorado calipers, I have never heard of the eldorado calipers really working all that well...:D:D:D

I only wish I had the clearance behind my 205 for one of Jess's e-brakes... But I only have 2" from the top of the 1310 u-joint to the body..

(Hrmmm, but I might could cut a hole, then put a cover over it...)

You can use one of these rockwell diff covers and just weld it to the floorboard. :flipoff2:

That was exactly the image I had in my mind when I was posting that... something JUST like those diff covers...

My understanding is that you have to use the one ton drive shaft with the brake on the t-case. Is this still the case? On my project, I had to hold off due to the total cost for the shaft and the brake kit. It is a killer looking set-up, though!

guys, after installign that thing, i dunno if that'd be such a good idea. I mean , all that weight up high and everything:D

the curved pieces are 3/8", and the bottom and side pieces are 1/4", may be a little bit stout for a body tub. But, he has a cruiser, so i say - Go for it!

Called him..left a voicemail...he called me back within ten minutes LONG DISTANCE and took my money...I mean my order. :D

Installing the AA 32 spline kit, and his driveline brake tomorrow...looks liek a decent unit...just wish I was smart enough/had the tools to make it myself.
