: What tie rod end?

I need to replace a right tie rod end with part # Moog Problem Solver 4004. Anybody know what vehicle this came off of? Its a straight shank end.

BTT, and I got some dimensions. These are kinda rough measurements with a ruler. Total length=4". Shank is 5/8" with 18 threads/inch. Taper looks to be 1/2" to 5/8". Anybody got a catalog with dimensions? Thanks
