One last run to Barrett before they close it for the season. It was very quiet. Got to the lake and it was kinda errie. Nobody there. :D:D Mtadams and I wheeled in to the lake and back out. Matt had some issues with spring hangers and a cracked frame but we got him patched up enough to drive Willy out and back home. The runner worked very nicely. :D:D Blew my air hose off once. The only problem I had except for some 'Death Wobble' on that fawked up asphalt road. I gotta get a steering stabilizer...

Here's a pic of the new tow rig for Willy... now all I need is a trailer (and the money to buy one)...
looks like fun. Glenn, I see BIGGER tires in your future...

Thanks Jamie... :D
I'd love to hit Fordyce but my birthday is that weekend and we already have other plans. I haven't been up there at all this year. In fact, I haven't been much of anywhere with the runner up on jackstands all summer. I made the cleanup run and this trip to Barrett and that's about all. Next run will probably be a snow run.:D:D
Glenn... :)

Hehehe!!! I actually had a brand new set of 37" MTR's but I gave em away. Really, I did... I gave em to Josh (oneeye) for all the work he did on my rig. I'm gonna get something bigger than the Claws but not till I wear them suckers out. They've been real good to me so I'm gonna run em till they're done... :D:D

Snow run? Did I hear Snow Run! Can I go? I'll bring a ski rope and my snow board, cause the Lopinator looks like it's down for awhile. That's what happens to a rig with no axles. :D
Rig looks great Glenn. Hope the wait was worth it. I'm sure it is! You fiberglass tent sleep'n bastard! :flipoff2:

I guess I am out for the rest of the season and into snow season.. the broken frame isn't going to be an overnight repair :( :(
But, all in all, I guess it's not that bad.. I am shooting for 2" more lift and 37 MT/Rs for Willy, so a stronger designed front end may prove to be important then.
Anyway, Barrett was a great trail to close out the season on. I had a blast (even with the breakage) except for the numbing ride home.
