'71 800B 11-01-2010, 07:54 AM Cleaned up the yard a bit and raked leaves just in case it decides to snow. Covered the scout for the winter since the garage is to full to put it in :mad3: walked around the hood with the daughter and collected candy :D
Had to be on-call for work which meant sticking around the house.
Cleaned up the side yard and re-welded the gates to swing out. Move the Scout the side yard so I could cleaned up the driveway area. Got everything toss away or put away. Noticed my sewer leaking in the front yard. Mowed grass and then had to decide do I call the plumber for $135 to run the machine or dig up the yard and fix it right. i.e new ABS pipe. Turns out the neighbor had a machine. Sweet. Got that done and will kick that problem down the road a while.
scoutster800 11-01-2010, 09:02 AM Parked the scout out back and tarped it up for the winter, it had to leave the garage for the time being to make room for the doner vehicle :D as soon as its stripped the scout will putter back across the yard to its rightful spot in the garage for its turn at surgery
American 11-01-2010, 05:52 PM What ya plannin?
Urban Wheeler 11-01-2010, 07:01 PM I bricked the ecm on my Buell. I'm kinda pissed and kinda relieved. I've been dicking around with a tuner program for two weeks now trying to get it to work. Now that it's gone tits up I don't have to think about it anymore.

You are wheeling with the big kids now and not a bunch of crappy Scouts! The same thing happened to me when I moved to MN. I hadn't broken stuff in years - I started wheeling with 1 ton buggies and a truck-a-ma-bobs and I started breaking stuff every time out. That transformed my Scout from a grocery getter to an uglyscout.
76scoutman 11-02-2010, 07:47 AM Worked on a bunch of misc projects all weekend. Some truck camper related, some truck related, and power wheels jeep related. None Scout related. Camped out in the driveway Sat night with my son to try out some mods to the camper. Took him out for candy Sunday night.
Fishwagon 11-02-2010, 08:06 AM Finally got around to swapping out my 44's for full width 14B/D60 axles out of a CUCV.
Also did a Liftgate to Tailgate conversion...
Now it's onto steering, brakes, etc...

I have them sitting in the back of the Scout here at work. I got front flares for all 4 corners, but if you need them to trace I can easily take them off. Just let me know.
