I'd be interested in meeting up sometime, I won't be able to get together this Saturday though, I'll be out of town. Normally any Saturday will work for me as long as were done by 12:30 or so. Had to take a class on Saturday this semester. I'm wheeling a 01 Taco on 33's. Marlin Crawler and locked at both ends.

Hey Franky, my wife and I saw you about a month ago at Rainbow and Sunset. I remember telling my wife that was one of the nicest looking Rodeo's I had seen, looked like it actually got used. You waved at us I think, we were in her 96 4 runner.

Guys, check out meetup.com the group is called Jeep Thrills Las Vegas. We just went wheeling yesterday at Potato Ridge. It was a blast. I am not a member of any clubs yet, but going to check out VV4W.

I didn't get many responses here on Pirate when I first moved to Vegas. Also check jeepforum.com and go to the Southwest board and there is an post for Nevada, it's long so you cant miss it. Most of the same locals float those same sites.

I'd be game for a meetup at some point - I could do Friday the 11th, or anytime really - work is slow right now so I don't have anything going on for the next few weeks.

I have an 86 4runner, with a diesel engine swapped in. Previous owner has done most of the work - I've been searching away over the last year or so since picking it up, but haven't started building up much yet, cause of time and money. This spring's work season should fix that. In the meantime it would be cool to start meeting some folks in the area, and I'd be happy to help out wrenching if anybody needs a hand (not that I have a ton of experience or anything).

cmpns8n - as of now I don't work on Tuesday and will most likely be around the Diamond - I'm kind of just winging it, depending on when I get called in for work, and which days I'm climbing - I can try to let you know what I'm up to as it gets closer, or meet up later, or make it work some way or another. Is your friend in Blue Diamond connected to the rigging or climbing world at all? If so, I probably know, or know of him.

Sweet - do you know about when you're going to be rolling through the Diamond on Tuesday? That will be a rest day for me, and maybe tinkering with the Runner, so I should be somewhere around. I'll try to shoot you a text at some point. I think your friend is probably a friend of a friend type thing - I've heard talk amongst the climbers who also bike talk about the owners of the bike shop in town. One of these days I'd like to get a bike again, but I need work to pick up first.

Alright, been a busy 2011 for most of us it seems. Can we make this happen soon, maybe this weekend. Been really itchy to ride some trails lately and would love to try logandale with some folks that are familiar with the area. I say we do a meet and greet followed by a trail run ASAP!
