: The Tier 1 Off-Road H1 Alpha
Master-Pull 11-14-2010, 03:33 PM I am sure that some of you have probably seen this before, but this is the H1 Alpha that we are sponsoring through Master-Pull Military (our military division gear division) for the Baja 1000.
Tier 1 Off-Road is based out of Reno, they provide off-road driving classes to US Special Forces troops throughout the year.

We went and loaded up some spare parts and tools today, we are leaving tomorrow morning early for San Diego, then off to Mexico for the race. Once we get there we will be adding our stickers to this vehicle and I will throw up some more pics of it in action.

My H1 didn't look anything like that!! Sweet.
No it didn't, but the Power Rangers photo made up for that:flipoff2:
Humminnboatin 11-22-2010, 06:45 AM Who owns the H2 in the picture from the highway? I have questions about that winch bumper.....
Master-Pull 11-22-2010, 09:12 AM The H2 is owned by the same guy who owns the H1 Alpha, what did you wanna know? We can probably relay some info for you.

REDLYNER 11-22-2010, 01:19 PM Did I miss a link to the race pics or results of the H1?
Master-Pull 11-25-2010, 10:20 PM The H1 rolled at RM621 at about 4am on friday morning, at that point we had 1 chase H1 Alpha in the area and our pre-runner (which I was in) and the the other H2 plus tow rig were all on the other side of the peninsula. We were able to get all the chase rigs coordinated and close to BFG pit 5 by around noon on friday, at that point we loaded the chase H1 Alpha on the trailer and removed the rear geared hub that we needed to fix the race car. The two H2's went back out and then sourced a torch from some locals and we able to bend the bent control arm pockets back into place to accept a new control arm which we had, plus the borrowed geared drive hub.
By the time that was done it was about 9am Saturday morning so we had missed the cut off time and called the race, we rolled into La Paz at around 4pm Saturday and started the partying with the crew that was working with the Hall Rally Truck # 61.
The next day parts were hand delivered via one of the drivers assistants to La Paz to get the H1 Alpha chase rig rolling again for it's drive home.
Bebe- I pulled the pic of Josh's truck because it was the day before our big media release, I linked a few videos of the truck to the desert racing section but here they are again.
