Stainless 11-23-2010, 08:09 PM I like your helmet prices, but third-party reviews and opinions are pretty rare for some reason.
I get that Longevity is trying to make a name for itself, but your site says that the company has been around for "over five years"... how come nobody's talking about your helmets? With all due respect, I'd expect a decent Elite-series helmet for $150 to be sparking at least a bit of buzz.
So, can you point me to an independent review of your Pro or Elite series hats? Also, how many sensors do they have? I can't seem to find that information on your site.
I'm in the market to buy in the next couple weeks, so it's nice to see a Canadian distributor in my area.
Thanks.

Stainless,
Your concerns are very valid. Tomorrow, I will be able to provide you with at least 3 customers that use our helmets professionally to build all sorts of serious things.
Please check your PM.
Thanks

Brink_ 04-12-2011, 03:52 PM So lets run a special. Seeing as it's tax season lets involve some.....
Double the GST off your purchase of any plasma cutter, welder or multifunction machine. So that's 10% savings right off the top
Plus you can still stock up on consumables at 25% off at that time.
Big savings available to anyone looking to work with some metal....
Lots of units in stock

Notch1988 04-23-2011, 08:56 AM Hey Eric, I picked up the 50i from you the other day. Started out very frustrated as I couldn't get the machine to power up. I have three welder outlets but only two are fully setup and couldn't get neither to work. Was very close to unplugging the compressor and trying it there but discovered the outlets were labelled wrong at the panel... she fired up after that LOL. Then I started making some test cuts on some 1/4" plate. Couldn't for the life of me get it to cut through. Went fast, slow, increased air pressure, increased amperage, still wouldn't cut through. Then I decided to move the ground directly to the plate rather than the bench. Well holy crap what a difference and a lesson learned about grounding with the plasma. She cut that 1/4" plate like butter, you couldn't get the grin off my face :)
Thanks again Eric for a great machine and a great price on it and the consumables.
