If this is true, then there is no reason to take the axles apart. Welding on a fully assembled axle won't hurt anything. There's no reason to take it apart just for this. peci 11-07-2002, 06:53 AM yeah i know i could leave them on, but i could work better (dont have to worry not to hurt the knuckles...) and it would be the cleaner way... i also have to remove the 3rd, cause it leaks and i have to change the breaks because the guy i got the axles from had them laying vertically and all the oil went over the breaks and they are unusable.. good that i payed only 200EUR for them. | |
