I want to put 35x15.50 swampers on my '69 bronco with 3.5" suspension and 2" body lift. I know I can cut the fenders to fit but will the rub on the radius arms? Will I need a special offset or spacers?

They will definately hit the radius arms! You can adjust the steering stop on the back of the knuckle to limit the turning radius and use wheels with very little BS. My guess is that you'll still hit a little.

Good luck!

get a piece of flat stock , weld it to your arm where your tires rub and then bend it in top and bottom so your lugs can't grab your arm. Like a half moon with the cup against the arm. Or you could do like Rubi said and just adjust your stops but what fun would that be when you could use a welder and bfh.

I run 38.5" x 14.50 TSL/SX's... I don't rub at ALL with 15x10 w/ 3.5" BS wheels. I do get a little brushing of the big lugs when aired down... I don't even have steering stops, well they're adjusted all the way down...

You got a picture of what you are describing? Bend the radius arm? Is this a poor man's version of the duff arm?

he's saying span the I-beam on the radius arm with a little plate and eliminate some of the lug grab on the arms...
