I have a 1979 ford f-150 4x4 with a 4 speed manual with granny gear thats bolted to a 400m motor. 3rd gear went out. My transfercase is fine. I just dont know what kind of tranny i would look for. Anyone know? thanks.:confused:

I found out it is a np 435. The T18 reverse is towards you and up to the dash. Reverse on mine is to the right and towards the seat.
