Come enjoy some scenic and wheel-able sections of the Frio and Nueces Rivers near Uvalde, Texas. See first-hand and give thanks for Texas' beautiful and diversified geography. We wheel the actual stream bed, but your tires will stay dry 95% of the time. Any vehicle with 4WD low range can make it without damage to your vehicle, and there will be some optional "challenges" for those who want to wow the crowd :o)

Uvalde has 2 RV Parks and 3 good motels. Tents are allowed at the RV Parks. Be sure to pack weather-appropriate clothing. This wheeling trip is subject to cancellation due to inclement weather (rain...it _IS_ a river bed ya know LOL).

We're looking at a pot-luck sorta midday meal on the river (cookout) Saturday maybe. Final plans for this meal will be made Friday.

November 29 (Friday) 2 runs
1st begins noon-ish
2nd begins 5:30-ish PM
November 30 (saturday) 2 or 3 runs
1st begins 9-ish AM
2nd (tentative for late arrivals) begins 1-ish PM
3rd begins 5:30-ish PM
December 1 (Sunday) 1 run
Begins no later than 10am; time can be earlier if necessary

Each trip begins at the HEB grocery store right in the middle of downtown Uvalde. Y'all come!
