Hey a few of us are going to Land Between The Lakes to camp and wheel starting Friday before Memorial day, I think it's May 27. I am camping at the Lake Barkley campground. If anybody is going to be around there then I will be on site 41.

It's our first time to LBL so if anybody has any recommendations on where the coolest trails are etcetera let me know!

My shit is a 4-banger YJ and the plan is to have the D44 built and installed by then, including a regear to 4:88s and running something bigger than 31's. And maybe enough cargo racks to not have to tow down my cargo trailer.

It looks like an awesome place both for swimming and whatnot, and wheelin'. It's just as cheap as some of the state parks here in Ohio, but they have more attractions. See ya there!

If you are primarily there for off roading stay at the campsite on Kentucky lake. The trails are right off of it for Turkey bay off road. If you stay at Lake Barkley you have to drive across. There is a lot to do and many places to go swimming/camping. Go to the website for LBL and they have a map. Make sure you stop in at the North welcome station to get your pass. It's 15 per vehicle for 3 days. The welcome station will also tell you about all the other things at LBL. I went there for two years before I stopped in and I was missing about half the things there. Good luck. I would love to join you but Uncle Sam has me in a Vacation spot.
