Scout Dana 300 question [Archive]

My case kicks out of 2wd hi when I let off of the throttle, and I pretty much think it is in the shift rails. Any other suggestions? Is there a trick or an easy method of taking out the rails and balls? Thanks for any help, Ricky... Nope, as far as I know they are different, most of the gaskets are the same I think but there are some differences, I've been told. I'm saving up to put the Tera low 4:1 in my scout D300.
