SUV, they run down the cargo rack and into the back.

I guess I should hAVE said it was for my crewcab pickup. Do you have any problems with it leaking in side.

Here’s how I did mine. Hope it gives you some ideas.

I ran mine above the door seal and under the door lip.
I used 4 wire trailer connectors at the rack to make removing less painful.
One wire per driving light and one relay per light.
But they are 100 watt lights so I over killed it a little.

Then used clear RTV to hold them to the “A” pillar! There are two cable loom runs so that's why you see cable ties. They hold the two wiring looms together.

All my relays are mounted under the hood on a block near the battery. You can see one of the relays in the upper right corner of the picture.
THere is enough room for the two looms next to the hood hinge. They have never been pinched because the wire looms are RTVed down to prevent movement.

The back wiring is done the same as the front. Here’s what the wiring looks like on the back of the rack for the back up lights and floods and towing lights.

I also used the 4 wire trailer plugs on the back for easy removal of the rack.

My rear floods are controlled with a relay to the backup lights with a small jumper wire. But I do have a switch wired in the cab that will turn on the floods without putting the truck in reverse. The relay just makes it easier to see off road when backing up without having to manually turn them on. And I can kill the power to them with the same switch for street use to keep the Cops happy.

Sorry I don’t remember if your doors have a big lip like mine, but on my Rodeo is was easy to wire the roof rack this way. I have never had a problem with them wired this way. Other than an occasional burned out bulb or broken relay.
