I have a Rodeo Dana 44 rear end with 30 spline shafts, i think if thats what comes stock and i was wonder if a ford hp dana 44 carrier will work with this rear end?

As long as it's a "thick" ring gear carrier. Rodeos/Passports with the D44 and 4.10's/4.30's/4.56's use a thick ring gear.
