I was just wondering if it would be possible? Would the sami-t-case run flipped if you worked on it a bit?

Also will the sami t-case hold up to a v-6?

Why would you want to? What axles would you run then?
May be a pain to drag the shifter along the rocks:flipoff2:

Its a crazy question I know. I am trying to work around a portals axle/driveshaft/buick v-6 issue.

I was just looking at some pics, I guess there really isn't a way to have the shifter be anywhere close to the right place.

Isn't a 'kick t-case on the other side?

I'm not sure about the flipped trans-case but one of my friends runs a 3.8 with stock zuki everything.....

we don't have rocks around here but he pushes this thing in the mud.....he also runs the small 1 litre drive shafts and hasn't broken one....YET....

We got a zuki with a 2.8 to the stock tranny/case/axel combo, the only problem he's got is the clutch keeps burning up....

Why on earth would you want to use a tiny Suzuki t-case with this setup?

Samr thing with a TracKick case (same side as Sam anyway).

Get a divorce kit (2wd 200R4 tranny behind the V-6?) for a Toyota t-case or something...

I am tryiing to figure out a light weight way to have both outputs on the drivers side so I can run volvos that have been flipped. I have a buick V-6 and the starter doesn't allow much driveshaft clearance on the pass side, unless you lift it. With he portals I need to keep it very close to stock axle position. Plus with the volvo portal the diff isn't really low pinion, the pinion is about in the middle, not high pinion either.

So...I am just fishing for ideas.
