Well it's been slow since my son was born. I would much rather spend time inside with him than out in the garage. :D:D

And the past few days I have been bumming big time. My buddy from high school hung himself, and I have been tripping on that. So I hit the garage, start something, drink waaaay to much beer, and go to bed way to late. :(

As for the cruiser, wheel base ended up being 103" with custom rear springs and a double shackle set up, FJ 55 springs with custom shackle reversal in the front. Overall width is 82 outside of tire to outside of tire. Considering I have 15/35 swampers on there right now, that ain't bad.

Motor, tranny, t-case is in been working on crossmember for 4 nights now....(damn ). All I have left to do is new hard brakelines and master cylinder, exhaust, some minor wiring, drivelines and bumpstops and then I can take her out and flex her up and get the shocks mounted and rear traction bar one. Damn I can't wait. Hope I can get some pics this weekend and post em up. :)

Whoa... life can deal some great events as well as some real bummers.
Sorry man.

We lost a dude here at work almot the same way, whole company was wigged out.

Get back on the horse and get it done.

I am in the same boat, babies, working way too much and that damn beer.......

Keep us up to date and don't forget to talk to someone if you are getting bummed out.

:flipoff2: :flipoff2: :flipoff2: :p

Oh yeah, I gotta finish the landscaping in the backyard before winter really sets in. ARGH!! Hopefully I can finish that this weekend and not have anything else to do but finish my rig so I can get out for a while. :D

Dude, you need to smoke cigars in the garage, you get more done that way. Hammer down on the beers when you get back in the house:D

Buy some Milwaukee's Best, which I did last weekend. That stuff will cure you right off the beer. Makes Schaeffer seem like a premium beer. Milwaukee's Best should be served at all AA meetings...

You pronounced it wrong, it's called "Shafier" (pron: sha-fee-air).

Cheers to the Beast. And the PBR. Here in Utah we get a dialect of PRB that's even cheaper and shittier than PRB, Olympia.

Maybe I got a bad Beast case. I love PBR, and cheap beer in general. Schaefer -- the one to have when you're having more than one.

Cigars, now that is a hell of an idea. :smokink: I'll have to get some "it's a cruiser" ones for next weekend when I roll the beast out of the garage. :D

Milwaukee's Best?? ha, I've even had a few Natural lights in the past few days. :barf:  Amazing how your taste buds change at 11:30 on a weeknight. ;)

The quality of the beer I drink is inversely proportional to the quality of my children's' education.

Milk Thistle.

Take two of those a day, no matter how much you drink you'll probably be OK. (or at least your liver probably will).

I might look like a hippie but I promise I'm not. It's a herbal type deal you can find at any supermarket or pharmacy, sort of like a vitamin. It says right on the package for your liver. I know about it because there is a local guy who's a house painter and also a raging alcoholic (about a bottle of bourbon a day), one day his sprayer caught fire along with himself and the rest of the house. He almost died from 3rd degree burns and was at a point where organs were actually starting to fail but sure enough his liver was one of the healthiest and strongest because he's been taking milk thistle as religiously as he drinks. I dunno, it's all folk lore but that's a true story. So a bunch of guys I know now all take it. Go figure. :)
