If you're asking about using Toy gears in an Isuzu axle then no. If you're asking if the ratios can match, I don't know the available Toy ratios.

They vary depending on year but could be 3.90, 4.10,4.30's in first gen straight axle toys and in later ifs for toys you can find find thirds out of the rear axle with 4.56, and 4.88's

Does anyone have any experience with a 1995 trooper solid front axle conversion? I'm have talked to about 4 offroad shops and no one knows squat. I love my trooper and have pushed the front axle to the limit twice. Im tired of replacing tie rods and cv axles. I need a little direction.

I haven't seen that version of a Trooper done.

You might check over here:

and see if anyone has done it.

For the Amigos and earlier Troopers the Wagoneer Dana 44 or Toyota are the common swaps.

As far as shops go, the only one with any Isuzu experience is Independent4x.com. They know Troopers very well, and sell some parts to help SAS projects. https://www.independent4x.com/merchantmanager/index.php?cPath=1_123
I recommend calling them for tech questions 804-550-0480, they are pretty slow to respond to emails other than orders.

Not many people will have experience with that particular truck. What you should be asking shops is if they have experience with ANY SAS. If they don't, don't go there. Find a shop that has done a few. You may even want to go to California to find a good shop...although I am sure there are some in AZ.

Ask them if they have done any Toyota SAS' They are similiar, at least for the Rodeo. Really, an SAS is an SAS....the overall concepts are the same, it's just the small details that change. Ask if they've done some, and go from there.

What are you trying to do? Im not certain on the different ratios made available to you for your specific vehicle, but there are many different ratios for the toy junk.

If you are asking wether your could run a (lets say for example a 4:88) front toy diff with a 4:88 Isuzu rear. Then yes, as long as your tires and wheels were same front and back all would be well.
