Booger, I think the 2" motor mount lift is the key. I'm running that as well, with as little lift as possible and I've got plenty of room. Would you go coils or stick with leafs??

stick with my leaves for another season, did you move the front forward past the shallower part of the oil pan, or are you sitting near stock(location). i cant go any farther forward with my current leaf spring setup.....

I am way far forward....probably 12-15" from stock. I cut off the front of the frame at it's highest point and rebuilt it with tube. You could make it work under the front of the oilpan though.

you are going to need a good traction bar for the front and the rear. i had one on the rear, i thought the front would be fine. i was wrong, by the end of the weekend the front end turned like a grader because the springs were so shot. i have never screwed up a set that bad, not even on the rear. and this was with the stock 9.00x20s so you have been warned. mike

I've been thinking about going rockwells too. To run leaves, will we have to outboard them on our toyotas?

booger, the best way to do it is go full hydro, coils, and throw the axle out in front of the motor.. that way you can stay low.. if not you gotta raise either the drivetrain or whole truck more, and that in itself ain't so great..
