Although I don't run fenders anymore here is how I reworked the inner fenders...

Im curious to see where people have moved their air intakes (especially those with the Renix engines, and cant do the Rockit intake).

Id also like to see where people have moved their batteries with the Renix Engines.

edit: Jes, did you have to lengthen any of the evap lines? Why not remove the evap stuff?

Here's the work I did on my inner fenders to clear my 39" tires.
I didn't have to trim much to get them to stuff well. Basically all I did was mount a tire and trim until it fit at stuff & lock. Then cardboard template to steel, tack, form, tack, form, tack, etc.
The air filter I relocated with a piece of exhaust tubing and some 1" wide flat stock. The battery box was able to just sneak back into location but I needed to space it up. It barely clears the hood, but it does. I can get pictures of those if someone wants them.

Cut the inner fenders out right above the pinch seam. Left the frame rails and the stock front crossmember.

New fender bars:

and from the top:

http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4026/4268356796_b1580d1a78_o.jpg

And reassemble.

Eventually I'm going to chop up a set of stock flares to skin over the bars.

edit: battery is behind the passenger seat now.

Im curious to see where people have moved their air intakes (especially those with the Renix engines, and cant do the Rockit intake).

Id also like to see where people have moved their batteries with the Renix Engines.

With the Renix it's as easy as welding up some of the appropriate sized exhaust tubing...

Yes, I did lenthen one of the small evap lines. I kept the evap system because there is emmisions testing where I live.

I dunno if this will work on a Renix, but my intake was simple. It's just a K&N universal one, Summit has 'em.

And I know this doesn't help the Renix guys either, but my battery location was simple as hell. Not the best picture but there's a UHMW block at the bottom left with three studs in it:

http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4030/4329789044_a8366f41a7_z.jpg?zz=1

The center stud goes back to the battery, the stud closest to the firewall goes to the fuse box, and the third goes to the starter & winch. I barely had to modify anything from the factory harness. The factory ground wire goes to one of the bolts on the crossbrace, and the battery itself grounds to one of the passenger seat bolts.

Isnt that routed to where the overflow bottle is? Or high pressure reservoir.

Yes, on a Mopar.
In front of, on a Renix.
