Awww Shat. I was hoping the the detroit would be just under a grand . Dam if its only a couple hundered away from the ox which should I do. :mad:

Just get one with the detroit. It may seem like its only a couple hundred more for the OX version, but remember, the cable is seperatly sold, and thats another 80 bucks. Id just get one with a detroit in it.

Why not just get a Detroit for your stock 44 and find some spare shafts?? Then you have alot more than just a few hundred you can use somewhere else....

Try Quardatec, I thought they had the Super44 kit with Detroit for around 900, I could be wrong though, would not be the first time. Stay with the detroit, I think the only selectable locker worth getting are ARBs, I saw an OX blow with 35's and the stock 6 after only a year of mild to hard wheeling. If you order an ARB, then Moser shafts you will still be under a grand.

Also, try Drivetrain Direct. They are good to me. I agree with coilcj, OX sucks.
