Here it is. The SFW .223 Chassis. We have worked and re-worked this chassis to what we feel is one of the cleanest, working configurations out there today. It's also VERY user friendly. Easy to work on, modify, configure for drive train and shock setup. It can be built as a crawler 3-link/panhard setup, or a double triangulated setup for high speed/both. It can be ran with air shocks, coilovers, or bypass/coilover combo. Put whatever axle configuration you desire to run. We even offer adjustable seat mounts! So, it will accommodate a 6'5" or a 5' nothing and everything in-between individual. It will take a severe beating and is nothing to repair for wear and tear... Use it and abuse it how you desire.

Chassis including brackets for mounting suspension, seats, winch and shocks starting at $4750. 95% of chassis is built from 1.75"x.120 DOM. Firewall, dash, radiator mounts, fuel cell mounts, trailing arms, hood & grill combo's and other options and bracket configurations available for minimum upgrade. We can build it to whatever level you desire us to build, including turnkey!

We can also build it as a 4 seat car!

you guys cant go wrong with this chassis. I actually got to ro go rec wheel mine this weekend and it works awesome, no bad handling chacacteristics. Levi or I had no chassis issues after KOH, I only replaced a unit bearing to go rec wheeling this weekend!

It's our fiberglass TJ hood and grill. Yes, we made the trailing arms.

I am interested in one of these chassis to replace my busted up chassis.

Do you have some dimensions like how wide it is inside of tube to inside of tube in the passenger compartment and from the "floor" to the underside of the roof tube? How deep is the subframe between tubes?

how much steering angle can you get with a 66" wide axle 4.5 bs wheels and your suspension geometry and tube work around the engine?

Do know how much your chassis weighs?

Brain, whats your belly clearances, wheelbase, and width(outside of tire)? You did an awesome job at KOH :smokin:

My belly is at about 20, my wheelbase is at 112, and outside of tire to outside of tire is at 82-3. its a great handling car and climbs great! Simple and clean to work on. I could have run a third lap at KOH!
