The billet bracket it comes with has countersunk stainless screws to attach it. The mounting bracket stya on vehicle and the cup holder can be removed.

Mounted mine, not the prettiest, just wanted them within arms reach but out of my way. These things kick some serious ass. Flogged the piss out of my Ranger at Moab, and these held my beverages with no problems.
