I HAVE A 2000 4CYL TACO AND I FLAT TOW MY HEAVILY MODIFIED JEEP WITH IT . BUT I DID GET SOME PUSH ON SANDY TURNS....THE STOCK SPRINGS WILL HOLD ABOUT 600 ILBS TONGUE WEIGHT BUT IT WON'T BE FUN IF YOU CAN CENTER THE LOAD OVER THE TRAILER THE BEST YOU CAN ... DON'T WORRY ABOUT STOPPING YOU WON'T BE GOING FAST ENOUGH . I JUST PULLED A 2500 LBS TRAILER FROM AZ TO FAIRBANKS ALASKA ALOT OF SHIFTING BUT MADE IT WITHOUT A HITCH! THE TRICK IS TO CENTER IT THE BEST YOU CAN.

It maybe able to pull it just make sure you have GOOD working brakes and brake lines. Remember your front rotors are solid non vented, unless you swaped in vented. So they will heat up faster and fade easier.

Yeah, it'll pull it alright, just have fun stopping. I've used my old 4cyl yota to pull an x-cab yota for about 50 miles, it just doesn't do to well when ya wanna stop.

Oh, and don't try to go uphill or anything.:D

I saw a dude in a Magazine with a 600 HP old Celica. Stick some Chevys under that and youd be set. :flipoff2:
