1uglyranger 03-06-2011, 08:57 AM O ordered some small Sway-a-way shock parts on the 19th, and havent heard anything since I paid for them. I have sent a couple e-mails, and no response. If they are on back-order or something, I don't care, but it would be nice if someone would at least tell me.

This morning I got an email the email you wrote at 10:15 last night. I wrote back to you reminding you the part is still on back order. Not sure what else I can do for you right now... Give me a call at extension 208 if you want to.

That is all you can do for me. I also sent a couple emails to "sales@poly" before the 7th, and I sent one last Sunday too (to your email) and got no repsonse. Once you respond, its fine, but for some reason the only emails you recieve from me are the ones I send right before I post here. It was a small order, so I know its not a priority, but a heads up about ship time would be awesome once in awhile....

Dave, I don't save emails, so, no, I can't.
My only real complaint is that between the day I placed the order, and the day I posted here, no one contacted me to say the parts weren't available, or were on order, or are backordered, or anything. Casey has explained that to me know, but it would have been nice to have been contacted and told it would be over a month before I see my parts:(

Dude, I get what you are saying... However, I can not FIX the issue/complaint you are having unless I have some ammo here. You say you sent an email but don't have proof of it... I want to go to bat for you and figureout what happened so it NEVER happens again to you or anyone else. However, I CAN'T because you don't have proof of your email inquiry. Please let me know how else I can help you.

If an order is placed, and a week passes, and the item hasn't shipped, send the customer an email and let them know there part isn't in stock, and will take "X" number of days until it does. I don't want anyone to go to bat for me, I just want to know when I will see my parts:(
